Rice mill screen
A rice mill screen is a perforated working-chamber component used in some milling designs. Identify its role and replacement specification from the exact machine drawing before ordering or adjusting it.

Locate and identify the screen
Use the parts diagram to distinguish a working-chamber screen from a grading sieve elsewhere in the line. Record the part number and the machine revision; the words “screen” and “sieve” are not enough to establish interchangeability.

Symptoms worth investigating
A change in bran removal, discharge behavior or finished-rice quality can justify inspection. None proves a screen fault on its own. Compare the symptom with incoming grain condition and other machine settings.
Replacement planning
Obtain the approved part and procedure. Check orientation and fastening requirements in the manual. Do not enlarge holes or improvise a different material to compensate for poor output.
After service
Record the removed and installed part identifiers, service date and reason. Before returning to normal production, follow the manufacturer’s guard, rotation and commissioning checks and compare output samples.
Compatibility
This guide does not certify a screen for N90, SB50 or any other model family. A matching designation without a drawing is insufficient evidence.
